WORKOUT-STRUCTURES

A WS is a fixed scheme of rounds, reps or time, where the prime exercises remain the same and some of the support exercises will change with each individual workout.

We always use AUTOREGULATION to suggest load capacity, this enables you make individual modifications on how heavy/fast you want to go on a given day depending on the actual WORKOUT.

  •  STEADY-STATE
    • Your are given a fixed amount of time to do a finite amount of reps or sets, rest in what remain of the time.
  •  MAX-REPS
    • You are given a fixed amount of time do do as much work as you like. Switch exercises, sections or rest with the timer.
  •  WORK-FOR-TIME
    • You are given a finite amount of work to complete in a timely manner.
