They will be divided in to a number of WORKOUT-PROTOCOLs.
WORKOUT-PROTOCOL = Is the bare system of a given workout, a specific structure of reps and time etc.
WORKOUT-PROTOCOLs are divided in to two major categories.
Closed Workouts = You are given specific amount of time to do a given number of reps or as many reps as you can manage in the time frame, here we will provide timers to drive the workouts
Open ended Workouts = You are given a specific amount of work to complete in a timely manner, here we will provide timers so you can add more load if you have a nice time
